December brought the snow, and my nursing contract was drawing to its end.
Crosswinds Farm looked beautiful, as did Sam and Karen's house, and the countryside all around.
A local Christmas tree farm...
I began my usual Christmas mania, and made cookies:
....and evening hot chocolate was a tradition:
One morning after work, I stopped by Adimab to visit Carl, and he showed me around. I couldn't take any photos inside; it was a fascinating research facility, and it looked like a great place for him to work.

We stopped in Concord on the way back to Orford for lunch--
That evening we went to dinner with Carl, Clarissa, Lizzie and Nancy at Latham Tavern.
--the next morning we loaded up "Santa's Sleigh"--
On Monday evening, we went to Stella's with Sam, Karen and Sammy.

This time in NH was wonderful, with so many great memories that I treasure. One of the most important things that happened was that I had some wonderful, positive bonding time with my beloved big brother Sam. I love you to the moon and back.
