Robin and James treated me to a wonderful evening! Dinner at The Pearl Restaurant and Oyster Bar in Peterborough, and then Pygmalion performed by the Peterborough Players in their beautiful country theatre!
The Peterborough Playhouse is located in a beautiful forest setting.
I love the interior of this theater! The lights, the large crossbeams.....Hi James!
Following the performance, Robin and James graciously invited me to spend the night at their home. The apartment over the garage in which Robin's mother Muget (one of Grandma Johnson's closest friends) lived is so charming that I had to take photos! I love the colors and patterns and decor!
James gave me a tour of his historical military collection, which was amazing. It included many mementos from past wars; he and Cory would most likely disappear into this particular man cave for hours!
After breakfast (love the stoneware!) I was treated to a tour of the barn, which serves as a great gathering place--
Across from the barn are a couple of James' cool vehicles.
I had a wonderful time with great friends!
